Our Team

FRCR2X is built and maintained by a team of radiologists and content specialists who have first-hand experience of the FRCR Part 2A examination. We understand the challenges trainees face because we have faced them ourselves.

About the FRCR Part 2A Examination

The FRCR Part 2A examination is a written examination conducted by The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) for radiology registrars progressing through clinical radiology training. It tests applied radiological knowledge across the full breadth of the specialty.

The examination consists of two papers of 120 single best answer (SBA) questions each — 240 questions in total — covering all 6 modules of the syllabus. There is no negative marking. Success in this examination is a required step towards the FRCR qualification.
